Originally from Florence County, SC, Ronnie has practiced mixed animal medicine in the Upstate since 1991. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina in 1979 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University in 1986. Dr. Outlaw is a member of the American Association of Bovine Practitioners and the Association of Equine Practitioners. He is also a former Chairman of the Large Animal Academy of the South Carolina Association of Veterinarians.
Ronnie and his wife Kathy have a farm that they share with 13 horses, four dogs, 3 cats and four pet steers. Kathy rides and competes in barrel racing in the NBHA, WPRA/PRCA, and the IPRA.
